2. Services
Easley Contractors, Inc. provides residential and commercial restoration services including but not limited to water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, storm damage restoration, and mold remediation. Specific services, scope of work, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements signed at the time of each job.
3. Service Agreements
All restoration work performed by Easley Contractors, Inc. is governed by a written service authorization form signed by the customer prior to work beginning. That agreement outlines the scope of work, estimated timeline, and any applicable fees. In the event of a conflict between a signed service agreement and these Terms of Service, the signed service agreement controls.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Easley Contractors, Inc. reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances. Customers are responsible for any applicable deductibles, co-pays, or amounts not covered by their insurance carrier.
5. SMS & Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number to Easley Contractors, Inc. — whether through a service authorization form, our website, or any other means — you may be asked to provide consent to receive SMS text messages from us.
- Transactional messages may include appointment reminders, project status updates, and service-related communications.
- Promotional messages may include follow-up satisfaction messages and requests to leave a Google review.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. SMS consent is not required as a condition of receiving services and is not shared with third parties or affiliates.

6. Limitation of Liability
Easley Contractors, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of restoration services, delays caused by insurance carrier decisions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including weather events, supply chain disruptions, or acts of nature.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those specific services.
7. Warranty
Easley Contractors, Inc. warrants that all restoration work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of project completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent events, misuse, or work performed by third parties after our services are complete.
8. Insurance Claims
Easley Contractors, Inc. works with most major insurance carriers. However, we do not guarantee any specific insurance outcome or coverage amount. Customers are responsible for understanding their own policy terms and deductibles. Easley Contractors, Inc. is not a party to any insurance contract between the customer and their carrier.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.

Easley Contractors, Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted at easleycontractors.com/terms-of-service with the revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
